Welcome to GOGO Web Design, a subsidiary of GOGO Groomers LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, client online portal, and any services provided by GOGO Web Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

GOGO Web Design offers a range of digital services including, but not limited to, website design, development, marketing, social media management, influencer management, and hospitality industry consulting. The specifics of services provided to you will be outlined in a separate Scope of Work (“SOW”) agreement.

2. Client Online Portal

As part of our service offerings, clients may be granted access to our secure client online portal. This portal is designed to enhance communication, project management, and transparency. Through the portal, you can:

• Access and review project deliverables
• Track progress and timelines
• Communicate with your project manager
• Submit documents and client deliverables
• Approve or request revisions to deliverables

Usage

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Content: The portal is to be used exclusively for the purposes of managing your project with GOGO Web Design. Any misuse of the portal, including but not limited to sharing unauthorized content, will result in immediate suspension of access.
• Data Management: We take reasonable steps to protect the data stored within the portal, but we cannot guarantee complete security. You acknowledge that your use of the portal is at your own risk.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are outlined in the SOW provided to you. Payment terms will also be specified within the SOW. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional fees as stipulated in the SOW.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by GOGO Web Design are the intellectual property of GOGO Web Design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes outlined in your SOW. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website, client portal, and services if you violate any of these Terms or fail to comply with the terms of your SOW. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the client portal and any materials provided by GOGO Web Design.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOGO Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, website, or client portal.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which GOGO Groomers LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
